CodeCharge Studio Knowledge Base

The CodeCharge Studio project file for the Knowledge Base System is available at no charge with the purchase of CodeCharge Studio. The CCS Project is free to use as an example for learning and research purposes, while $100 server usage fee applies when the generated application is used for commercial purposes.

The following License Agreement details the terms and conditions of the use of the software.

Development License for YesSoftware Knowledge Base Source Project in CodeCharge Studio Format and the Resultant Generated Code (Non-Commercial and Research)

This license governs use of the accompanying Knowledge Base software ("Software"), and your use of the Software constitutes acceptance of this license.

Non-commercial Use

You may use this Software at no charge for any non-commercial purpose, subject to the terms and conditions of this license. Some purposes, which can be non-commercial, are teaching, research, and personal experimentation.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is prohibited, except in cases where this Software is used as example for learning, research and development of non-related products. Therefore you may use any information in intangible form that you remember after accessing the Software.

You may not use this Software for running business operations. You may not modify this Software to create other products, software modules or any derivative works in any form.

If you desire to use this Software for commercial purposes, you may purchase the Server Use License by visiting www.yessoftware.com or contacting sales@yessoftware.com.

General Terms and Conditions

You may use the Software for purposes described above as long as you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:
  1. Do not remove any copyright or other notices from the Software.
  2. Do not distribute, sell or share the Software.
  3. Do not modify this software unless you plan to purchase the Server Use License.
  4. Do not combine the Software with any other software and do not create derivative works of the Software unless otherwise permitted in writing by YesSoftware.
  5. Accept that the Software comes "as is", with no warranties whatsoever. This means no express, implied or statutory warranty, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty of title or non-infringement.
  6. Accept that neither YesSoftware nor its suppliers will be liable for any of those types of damages known as indirect, special, consequential, or incidental related to the Software or this license, to the maximum extent the law permits, no matter what legal theory it's based on.
  7. Accept that your rights under this license end automatically if you breach it in any way.
  8. Accept that this license contains the only rights associated with the Software and YesSoftware reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this license.
